Located at the HEART of Sengkang, Compass One is the LARGEST Shopping Mall in Sengkang.  It is integrated with Sengkang MRT, LRT and Bus Interchange and thus easily accessible and well connected to public transport via Level 1 and 2 platforms at Compass One.  Besides Compass One, there are quite a few other shopping malls ( Rivervale Mall, Rivervale Plaza, Seletar Mall and upcoming Integrated development at Buangkok MRT) that serves the residents of Sengkang.  Compass One is the Most Popular due to its convenience of access by MRT & LRT and Buses.  It has almost everything EXCEPT a CINEMA !!!

Brief History of Compass One : Located just above Sengkang MRT, the popular Compass Point undergone a major facelift from its previous Nautical Theme in late 2015.  It took 11 months of Renovation before it was reopened on 1st Sept 2016.  The Mall was once renamed One Sengkang Mall following a naming contest.  Many cited the lack of originality on the social media and it was subsequently renamed Compass One.  Many residents still prefer the old original name “Compass Point”. After few years, residents are used to Compass One now.

The ONLY Public Library in Northeast Region (Sengkang Public Library) is in Compass One.  Anchor Tenants include Cold Storage (Basement 1), Popular Bookstore (Level 3).  Banks like POSB, OCBC and Hong Leong has full branch facilities located in Compass One on Level 2.
There are more than 50 food establishments ranging from Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, Western, Malaysian, Taiwanese, Hong Kong and many other cuisines that cater to the different taste buds of foodies.  What to eat in Compass One?  You will be spoilt for choice, just look at under the categories: “Restaurant, Cafe, Fast Food” , “Snacks & Specialties” and “Bakery & Confectionary”.  They are all over from Basement 1 to Level 4 !!!  There are 2 foodcourts : Encik Tan (#02-29) Halal foodcourt and KopiTiam (#04-11).   Begin your food treasure hunting begin from Basement 1 with lots of small eateries, snacks and desserts…
