The Master Chef Onishi Yuki opened Japanese Soba Noodles Tsuta in Sugar, Tokyo in January 2012.  The name is originated from his thought, “Ramen is the noodles of which Japan can boast to the world”.   Received a great number of prizes from the journals for ramen lovers since 2012. It was granted One Michelin Star in 2015.  The truffle oil blended Shoyu Soba (soy-based sauce flavoured ramen) is the signature.

Michelin Star-awareded Shoyu (soy-based sauce) Soba. The shouyu sauce is completed by the soy sauce and the broth. The soy sauce is made from 2years-fully matured soybeans in the shou brewery in Wakayama, specially for Tsuta Japanese Soba Noodles. The broth is a blend of asari calm and chicken stock. The good body yet clear taste of the shoyu sauce brings great depth to the ramen.  $16.80

In July 2016, Liao Fan Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice and Noodle located at Stall 126 at Chinatown Complex Market was awarded a Michelin star.   A First in the renowned Michelin Food Guide’s history that an Asian hawker has been awarded the coveted star .  Hawker Chan is a spin-off of hawker stall Liao Fan Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice and Noodle. Since then, they have opened 3 Hawker Chan restaurant outlets in Singapore and 1 overseas outlet in Melbourne Australia.

Owner Malaysian chef Chan Hong Meng learnt his Cantonese Culinary Cooking Skills while working under a Hong Kong Chef.  Beside his famous Soya Sauce Chicken, his Char Siew, Roasted Pork and Pork Ribs are also very good.
